Esselte Leitz reserves the right to replace the bonus prize with an equivalent prize during the promotion period. In case of refusal to accept the prize or where the delivery cannot be affected for reasons for which Esselte Leitz is not liable, the entitlement for the prize no longer exists. Esselte Leitz is not liable for damage or loss on dispatch. No cash disbursement of the prize. The decision of the jury is final.
Collected datas are used solely for processing your inquiry in regards to your participation in the promotion and are not passed to third parties. LEITZ Style Sweepstake
Participation in the sweepstake is regardless of the purchase of any LEITZ product.
Persons of legal age living in Germany can participate in this sweepstake. Participants younger than 18 years and people who have a restricted capacity to enter need their parents' or legal representatives' authorization and signature.
Esselte Leitz employees, employees of cooperation companies and their relatives are excluded from participation as well as people living in the same household as the exceptions mentioned above.
Multiple participations during the promotion period will be invalid. Esselte Leitz reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion who demonstrate using dishonest methods. Entries through other on-line sweepstake services or similar services are excluded. To participate in the sweepstake it is mandatory that all necessary data about the participant is true, or the participant will be excluded. Through participation, any participant agrees that their name can be published through Esselte Leitz in the event of winning a prize. The winners will be determined at the end of the campaign in a prize draw and will be notified. The prize cannot be paid cash and is not assignable to third parties. The decision of the jury is final.
